Navigation
Bridging the gap between you and the support you need.
Navigation Services
Navigating social services, education and legal systems can be overwhelming especially if you’re new to Aotearoa or English is not your first language. Our community navigation service pairs you with culturally competent navigators who speak your language and understand your culture. They provide personalised assistance to ensure you access the right resources at the right time.
How we support you:
Explain how to access government services and entitlements, including healthcare, benefits, housing and education.
Help you complete forms, make appointments and communicate with service providers.
Provide information, advocacy and follow-up so you feel confident and supported.
Attend meetings with organisations such as schools, community law centres, budgeting services, WINZ and Housing NZ.
Organising events and activities for those who are isolated in the community so they can build new connections and integrate in the society.
