Safety of victims and children is the paramount consideration before NZESS staff as well as begin to work with an entire family .This is especially so where we work with the perpetrator of family violence as well as the Victim .
We Create an environment where people feel comfortable to ask for assistance. We provide a free and confidential service to the Ethnic Community. Children are the first priority for NZESS . We also believe it is the Family that impacts on the well-being of the nation. So, we use a combination of mediation, counselling, training and education formats for the individuals and families we work with.
